Booking privacy

This notice explains how information is used when booking a session with Dr. Abdullah Alqefari and connecting the appointment calendar.
Booking information
We use your name, phone number, email address, session topic and notes to arrange your booking and communicate with you. Avoid including sensitive information that the booking team does not need.
Confirmations and reminders
Your contact details are used for booking confirmations, calendar invitations, reminders, appointment changes, cancellations and refund updates. Making a booking does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website, booking records and outgoing email. Moyasar processes card details; we do not store the full card number or security code. Prelude delivers text messages. Google Calendar and Google Meet support appointments and remote sessions. The booking team receives alerts through Telegram. Each provider receives information needed for its role, and processing may take place outside your country of residence.
Google Calendar connection
The calendar owner authorizes access to arrange sessions. We use busy periods to exclude conflicting slots and create, update or cancel session invitations. Private calendar details are not shown to visitors. We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising or training AI models. The account owner can revoke access in Google security settings; the calendar connection then stops until reconnected.
Protection and retention
Booking management links are private; do not share them. Team actions require authorized access, and the Google connection token is stored encrypted. We retain records needed to provide the service, process refunds, reconcile transactions and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
